A wooden three-nave Blessed Virgin Mary Church was built in Šiaudinė in 1775, by owner of Šiaudinė Manor of that time, Rokas Godlevskis. The sacred object which gained its present shape in 1823 is one of the oldest monuments of wooden architecture in Lithuania
Having managed to escape the war fires and rebellions, Šiaudinė Church preserved its authentic facade and interior constructions, the interior itself of 19th century along with movable cultural property as well as the wooden belfry mentioned back in 1851.
